Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Exceptions apply only in cases of:

- Clearly visible manufacturing defects

- Delivery of an incorrect item

Process for Reporting an Issue:

- Email a clear photograph of the product to hello@paripurna.co within 48 hours of delivery.

- Our team will review the case and decide on a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.

- Claims reported beyond the stipulated timeframe, or without sufficient evidence, will not be eligible.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim if the product has been tampered with, misused, or improperly stored.
